Read Hyzo's Terms and Conditions - your rights and responsibilities when using our marketplace.

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of hyzo.in and any services provided by Hyzo. By accessing or placing an order on our platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use Hyzo.

1. Who we are

Hyzo is an online marketplace for custom printing, branded merchandise, packaging and corporate gifts, operating at hyzo.in. We are a DPIIT Certified Startup based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. For any questions about these terms, contact us at hi@hyzo.in or +91 91870 13919.

2. Using Hyzo

By using Hyzo, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order
  • Use the platform only for lawful personal or commercial purposes
  • Not upload designs, content or files that infringe third-party intellectual property
  • Not upload offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
  • Not attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse the platform in any way
  • Comply with all applicable Indian laws including the IT Act 2000 and Consumer Protection Act 2019

3. Orders and pricing

All prices on Hyzo are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Placing an order constitutes an agreement to purchase at the price displayed at checkout
  • There is no minimum order quantity - you can order any quantity
  • GST invoices are issued on all orders. Provide your GSTIN at checkout for a B2B invoice
  • Prices may vary by product, quantity, customization, and finishing options
  • Hyzo reserves the right to correct pricing errors before processing your order. We will notify you of any correction before proceeding

4. Payment

We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking and other payment methods shown at checkout.

  • All payments are processed through certified, RBI-compliant payment gateways
  • Hyzo does not store your payment card details
  • Your order is confirmed only after successful payment
  • In case of a failed payment, no order is placed and no amount is deducted. Contact us if you experience a deduction without order confirmation

5. Customization and design

You are responsible for the accuracy, quality and legality of all designs and files you upload.

  • For eligible products, Hyzo will share a digital mockup for your approval before production begins
  • Once you approve the mockup and production begins, changes cannot be made to the order
  • Do not upload designs that infringe trademarks, copyrights or any intellectual property rights
  • Do not upload content that is offensive, obscene, defamatory or violates Indian law
  • Hyzo reserves the right to reject any order where uploaded content violates these terms

6. Cancellation policy

You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placement, provided production has not started.

  • Once a mockup has been approved and production begins, the order cannot be cancelled
  • To cancel, email hi@hyzo.in immediately with your order ID
  • Cancellations after production has started will not be eligible for a refund unless there is a product defect

7. Returns and refunds

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved mockup - contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost after reviewing your claim
  • Returns are not accepted for correctly produced orders that match the approved mockup
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method
  • For refund requests, email hi@hyzo.in with your order ID and photographs of the issue

8. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on product type, production complexity, and logistics.

  • Hyzo ships via trusted logistics partners across India
  • Hyzo is not liable for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the logistics partner
  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact hi@hyzo.in with your order ID

9. Intellectual property

All content on hyzo.in - including the Hyzo name, logo, platform design, product descriptions, and copy - is the property of Hyzo and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

  • You retain ownership of all designs and files you upload to Hyzo
  • By uploading, you grant Hyzo a limited licence to use your files solely to fulfil your order. We do not use your designs for any other purpose

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Hyzo's liability for any claim arising from the use of our platform or services is limited to the value of the specific order in question. Hyzo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of business, loss of profits, or reputational damage arising from the use or inability to use our platform.

11. Platform availability

Hyzo aims to keep the platform available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, updates or improvements that temporarily affect availability. We will aim to notify users of planned downtime where possible.

12. Third-party services

Hyzo uses third-party services including payment gateways, logistics partners and analytics tools to operate. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. Hyzo is not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party service providers.

13. Changes to these terms

Hyzo reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version. Continued use of Hyzo after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Hyzo or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We encourage you to contact us at hi@hyzo.in before initiating any legal proceedings - most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
