Policy
We keep it simple. Your data helps us process your orders and improve Hyzo. Nothing more. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it in ways you wouldn't expect.

What we collect
- Your name, email, phone number and delivery address, to fulfill your orders
- Order history and billing details, including GST information if provided
- Design files you upload, stored so you can reorder easily
- Basic usage data: page visits, device type (anonymized, for improving the platform)

How we use it
- To process and deliver your orders
- To send you order confirmations, GST invoices, and delivery updates
- To respond to your questions and support requests
- To improve Hyzo based on how it's used
- To send product updates, only if you've opted in

What we never do
- We never sell your data to anyone
- We never share your data with advertisers
- We never store your payment card details. Payments go through certified RBI-compliant gateways
- We never use your design files for anything other than your order

Who we share data with
Only where necessary to deliver your order:
- Courier and logistics partners, your delivery address only
- Payment gateways, to securely process your payment
- Government or legal authorities, only if required by Indian law

How long we keep it
- Your account data, as long as your account is active
- Order and invoice records, 7 years as required under Indian GST law
- Design files, 12 months after your last order. You can request deletion anytime.
- Usage analytics, 24 months, anonymized

Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you what data we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your data (subject to legal requirements)
- Send you a copy of your data
- Stop sending you marketing emails
Email us at hi@hyzo.in with the subject 'Data Request'. We'll respond within 30 days.

Security
- HTTPS encryption across the entire platform
- Access to personal data is restricted to authorized team members only
- Payments are handled by PCI-DSS certified gateways
